Cascina Miera is the beating heart of the Adelasia Nature Reserve and a must-see stop along the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri. HOW TO
ACCESS
FERRANIA
After exiting the highway at Altare, follow the signs for Ferrania. Continue until the roundabout on Strada Ferranietta. At the roundabout, you’ll find a parking area where you can leave your car. From there, head toward the marked trails.
MONTENOTTE
Follow the signs all the way to Ferrania. From here, continue on the road toward Montenotte Superiore along the SP12. After about 5 km, you’ll find the entrance to the nature reserve and a large parking area at a bend in the road. From there, you can head toward the Rocche dell’Adelasia or stop at Cascina Miera.
