At your arrival

Check-in

Cascina Sarvaglioni, being our home, does not have a reception service.
Late arrivals must be arranged in advance.

Check-out

By 10:00 AM

Unless otherwise agreed with the owner, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day following the last overnight stay.

How does check-in work?

We kindly ask you to contact us to let us know your arrival time and arrange key collection. Upon arrival, you will need to settle the payment for your stay and provide an ID for each guest for registration purposes.

How can I get to the Cascina?

To reach the Cascina, set your GPS to the following coordinates: https://maps.app.goo.gl/nAV4y9XjU19C3BqB7 If you’re arriving by car, drive along Strada Ferranietta until you reach the park entrance. If the gate is closed, feel free to contact Filippo for access. Once you’ve passed the gate, continue at a moderate speed, paying attention to pedestrians, cyclists, and animals (remember, you’re in a Nature Reserve!) until you reach the house at the top of a 250-meter climb.

Location

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all buildings of the Cascina. This rule has been put in place to ensure a healthy and pleasant environment for all our guests. For those who wish to smoke, we kindly ask that you do so in designated outdoor areas, respecting both nature and other guests.

Pets

Due to the presence of domestic and wild animals in the park, pets are not allowed, even small ones. Guests are also asked not to feed any animals within the reserve or on the Cascina grounds.

Use of the kitchen

Use of the shared kitchen is allowed and encouraged, so our guests can feel at home. We kindly ask you to leave any utensils and spaces clean and tidy after each use, so that other guests can also enjoy a welcoming and orderly environment.

Additional guests

Additional visitors are welcome in the house (with prior approval from the owner), but only the number of guests specified at the time of booking may stay overnight.

Comfort and services

Is Wi-Fi available? Is there mobile phone coverage?

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi to all our guests. The password will be provided upon arrival. However, due to our privileged location within the Adelasia Nature Reserve, mobile phone reception may be limited or unavailable in some areas of the property.

How is cleaning managed?

We clean and change linens at every guest changeover and once a week. Extra linen changes can be requested (for a fee) by coordinating the timing so as not to interfere with your stay.

Are sheets and duvets included?

Yes, we provide sheets and duvets, adjusted to the season to ensure your comfort during your stay.

Is the bathroom set included in the price?

Absolutely. Each guest will receive a complete bathroom set that includes a bath towel, face towel, bidet towel, and soap.

Outdoor

Can I charge my e-bike?

Absolutely. We support e-bike enthusiasts by providing a dedicated charging station for e-bikes within the property. We also provide the tools needed for small repairs, allowing you to explore the beautiful surroundings worry-free.

Park regulations

The beautiful natural setting surrounding Cascina Sarvaglioni requires compliance with the Adelasia Nature Reserve regulations. During mushroom picking season, a permit from the Consorzio Fondiario Agroforestale of Cairo Montenotte is required.
